Roasted Pearl
Owner Jason Pearl has been a close friend to the owners for many years. He is a fanatic for coffee, and enjoys tweaking and experimenting with his roasting process. Fun fact: Jason roasts only 2lbs of coffee at a time (that's about three 12oz bags per batch). Talk about roasting to order! With his knack for roasting a great product and his connections to San Lazaro Farm in Honduras (find out more here ), we knew his beans would be our bread and butter from the start!
Beans We Offer:
Honduras - San Lazaro Farm: Chocolate notes and a smooth citrus accent. Used for our espresso! Available for purchase whole bean and ground.
Panama- Finca Philadelphia: Notes of vanilla, cherry and just a bit of chocolate as it cools. Available for purchase whole bean and ground.
Valerio
Roasting out of Audubon, Valerio has become a great partner and neighbor! Their amazing team is full of artisan roasters who pursue ethically sourced beans, close relationships with their growers, and a passion for creating a quality product. They provide us everything from our decaf to our cold brew to our teas!

Peruvian - Light Roast: Notes of cashew, almond, and chocolate. Available for purchase whole bean and ground.
Mexican - Dark Roast: Notes of hazelnut and cardamom. Available for purchase whole bean and ground.
Swiss Water Process Decaffeinated - Peru: Notes of dark chocolate, maple syrup, and cashew. The Swiss Water Process is an environment-friendly, clean, and chemical-free way to decaffeinate beans! Available for purchase whole bean and ground.
Good Girls Bakery
Good Girls Bakery is a sourdough bread bakery offering artisan loaves, legendary English muffins, and decadent breakfast pastries located in Eagleview Town Center in Exton, PA. From our first taste of their mouthwatering english muffin when Pickering was in early stages of development, we knew their baked goods would be a staple of our menu.
